Carina is such a beautiful nebula when you get in nice and close ( but not too close ) The 1250mm focal length on my 10” is ideal for these sort of outer region images.
Also very impressed with the 2600MM and the Antlia 3nm filters under a full moon too, they are damn good filters but not at a ridiculous price.
It seems like every time I want to image galaxies from my Dome under dark skies the bloody weather sets in
You take what you can get when skies are clear regardless of the Moon
