For Those Rainy / Cloudy nights:
For Sale Boston Acoustic 6.1 Speaker System
I have the Full Boston Acoustics THX package for sale. (5.1)
Consisting of
· a pair of VR35 Front L&R,
· a VR14 front centre,
· a VR2000 subwoofer and
· a pair of VRS Pro dipole surrounds.
Additionally, to upgrade to 6.1, I more recently added a centre Rear.
It is not THX but it is acoustically matched and pretty darn close.
· Boston Acoustics VRC.
If you are looking for a completely matched set of Top speakers then these are the ones to get.
Great for cinema.
Great for music.
They can be Bi-Wired for improved fidelity (isolates the Base signal from Mid range and tweeter signal by using separate cables to the separate binding posts)
I have owned and cared for these from new, about about 10 years now and they sound better now than when new. (a feature not uncommon to superb speakers)
Of course I have invoices, original packaging and manuals.
Unfortunately, I have decided to sell these, as my room does not do them justice, and they deserve to be with someone who will use them more.
While l will be "downgrading" to a more expensive, but simpler Stereo type setup.
I paid $7,910 for the above mentioned speakers.
I am asking only $2,600 for the lot. :screwy:
(Located NSW Central Coast, local pickup preferred
(Technical specs below)
Thanks for looking
cheers
Allan
