Thats the QHY-1, the first model QHY made some years back. Been discontinued for some time too.
You may get one second hand, but very hard to find.

Looks like world of pain Trevor. Parallel interface, unregulated cooling, astro app drivers? (none are mentioned), very slow download. Im sure Theo has much better deals (albiet a tad more expensive) that would cream this, things have improved a lot in the astrocam world since that example...............
