Lake Sun Set

Fri 14th, Hoping all are well during these beautiful days - perfect the next on the Gold Coast,,
Mother Nature's external visual stimuli this evening at Emerald Lakes
5:15pm, 5:25, 5:35 & 5:37pm respectively

Lovely set of photos Bob, I especially like the first one with the Swan in the foreground. Must have looked spectacular in real life. What's the interesting building on the hill at the left hand side? Looks like a building you'd see somewhere in Asia.

Thanx Michael, yeah the Swan was twice as close prior turning away as you see him in the photo and being a 20mm Lens his head was only 4-5 feet away, big bird and a little intimidating as he grunted like I was invading his territory
The building I not know personally, appears residential on Google Maps ...

Appreciated John, yeah certainly any sunset colour is always great but an occasional one just "Pops' more than the usual.
