ezcap

Hi, Trying to use ezcap with a qhy183. I can take single images from capture window and save them but cannot get the planner to work hence can't take a sequence. I suspect I'm not setting planner up correctly. Any ideas?

I find SharpCap works well with QHY and most other cameras.
No problem doing sequences and well supported.

sharpcap

Problem with sharpcap is it only seems to bin 2x2. I have a C-14 so even with 6.3 corrector the tiny 2.3micron pixels (4.6 with binning) is way over sampled.

The binning appears to be camera dependent.
I can get Bin 1, 2, 3 or 4 with an ASI 6200MC using SharpCap

Thanks all. I can get 4x4 binning with APT but not sharpcap? Anyway only just discovered APT and after using it the other night I like it! So will stick with that.
