More sun fun

This is a re-do of my earlier post, which in retrospect, possibly missed the mark in displaying the solar chromosphere the human eye would see it.

I think this version is better.

Comments/thoughts welcome.

Apart from being 2 wonderful images, I just love how creative and engaging the combined image is. Amazing work!

Agreed Peter, I do like this one better than the first, however both are very interesting work, well done.

kicking myself a little for not taking a Ha filter and OTA to the eclipse...it was a looooong drive, but had the space in the car.
