Taken using my SVBony 406P ED 80mm spotting scope and Player One Ceres-C (IMX224MC) camera.

Stacked using my own experimental software at 5 x vertical and 5 x horizontal resolution (i.e. ~25 x number of pixels). Not sure how many frames went into the stack, probably around 200 or so.

Note that the stacked image is not a mosaic of smaller images, nor does it use any form of AI to enhance the image. The stacked image was only enhanced in GIMP using an unsharp mask filter.

I've attached the stacked image scaled down and massively reduced JPG quality to get it < 200kB, plus a single frame at original camera resolution for comparison.

You can see the full resolution PNG images here:

Single frame 1304x976 (802kB)

Stacked image 7100x6252 (155MB !!)

If you zoom right into the full-size stacked image, you can see artifacts due to stack positioning inaccuracy, as well as some chromatic aberration due to the scope.
